This year I am going to run at least 1,000 miles. I've been running 5-6 days a week since November. This fell apart a bit over Christmas but was replaced with stacking wood and working on the farm. Hard to run at a farm house when it's below zero out. =)
Currently, I'm running indoors on an elliptical machine. As the weather gets better I plan on getting decent shoes and running in a near by park.
Since the being of the year I've averaged about 1.2 miles a day. I've been easing into it. To hit my goal, I'll need to step it up to about 3 miles/day.
